The pictures show the heatsink. Note that the normally up fins are down for eaze of installation but the heatsink
could be mounted on standoffs for right side up installation. Be aware that the connections to the terminal block
could be more difficult that way. There are four corner holes that can be drilled out for this purpose or for
standard installations.
The picture shows 3 of the old type G320's and one of the new G320's with the removable screw terminal plugs.
In this case the plug is removed before the screws are installed. Then the pluggable terminal block is reinstalled.
The 16 holes are drilled and tapped for 4/40 screws but these can be drilled out for through hole installations if desired.
The offset between the screw terminals and the back side relative to the heatsink is to allow for adjustment of the trim
pots located on the GXXX modules. This assembly will fit into either of my cases for for the G320.G340 units or the
case for the G20/G210
In my case the fan should just clear the case of the GXXX module. I bench tested this assembly using G210 for
4 hours with a fan and the temperature rose only 10F over ambient. The current limiting was set to 5A per phase
I plan to sell these for $25
