I’m Tim Goldstein…

Combining my experiences as a person with Asperger’s along with more than 30 years of experience in a variety of technical industries and extensive study in communication, I’m passionate about helping tech-based teams and organizations create new approaches to communication that include neurodistinct thinking.

The impact of disengaged and disenfranchised technical workers - whose motivation and mindset are often misunderstood - on organizational and business outcomes is significant.
